Role Type: Technical Lead / Delivery Lead – RMS V25

Summary

Looking for an experienced RMS V25 professional who can lead development, integrations, and end‑to‑end implementations. The candidate should have a strong technical background in Oracle RMS V25 along with good understanding of functional processes, data flows, and product behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RMS V25 implementation and development across multiple releases.
• Drive solution design, technical architecture, integration strategy, and delivery planning.
• Own the technical build for integrations, APIs, and custom batch development.
• Collaborate with business teams to convert functional requirements into technical designs.
• Oversee data migration strategy, mapping, validation, and cutover readiness.
• Guide the development team in coding, performance tuning, debugging, and best practices.
• Manage vendor stakeholders and internal teams to ensure on‑time project delivery.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure quality adherence.
• Support SIT, UAT, performance testing & production deployment.

Technical Skills Required

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Retail Suites with at least 1+ years in V25.
• Strong experience in integrations with third‑party systems (POS, WMS, ERP, OMS, e‑commerce).
• Hands‑on expertise in API development, custom batches, PL/SQL, Oracle DB.
• Good understanding of RMS modules: Items, Suppliers, Purchase Orders, Inventory, Costing, etc.
• Good understanding of functional flows, product behavior, retail processes.

Experience in performance tuning & production issue resolution.
