Key Deliverables:
• To assist Head, Public Health / Unit Head in providing strategic, professional and managerial leadership & guidance to all public health projects/initiatives of TSF in her/his area of responsibility.
• To assist Head, Public Health / Unit Head in planning, reviewing, monitoring, and evaluating the impact of various programs/initiatives through/with the help of respective Project Leaders.
• To initiate contextualized and relevant evidence-driven and impact-oriented public health interventions in her/his own area of responsibility.
• To undertake regular and appropriate professional and managerial training/up-skilling of all employees in the Public Health vertical.
• To assist Head, Public Health in collaborating with external/internal stakeholders where required
• To independently manage and monitor all public health programs of TSF in her/his areas of responsibility.
• To maintain close liaison with district/State Health Dept to ensure smooth functioning of all public health programs in her/his own area of responsibility with co-ownership of District Health Auth/State Govt
• To own all public health data pertaining to all public health programs in her/his own area of responsibility and to share required data in a timely and correct manner.
• To formulate the Annual Business Plan (ABP) in consultation with Head. Public Health and Unit Head, in sync with the overall Public Health objectives of TSF.
Minimum Qualification: Full-time Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from a reputed Institution in India. Additional professional qualifications related to Public Health/ Public Health Administration shall be given due weightage.
Minimum Work experience in years: 03-08 Years of relevant experience.

• Good drafting skills in relation to public health proposals
• Should be able to guide project teams based on scientific public health principles
• Should have good knowledge of epidemiology and biostatistics, communicable diseases, maternal and child health, and all public health domains.
