About noon Food

Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.

What you'll do:

This role will play a critical role in shaping product strategy through deep analytical insights, experimentation, and data science techniques. This role will partner closely with Product, Growth, Engineering, and Business teams to analyze user behavior, identify opportunities for product improvement, and drive data-informed decision making across the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, product intuition, and technical expertise to translate complex data into actionable product insights.
  • Act as a proactive problem-solver by continuously analyzing product and user data to identify emerging opportunities and challenges across customer segments, markets, and product features.
  • Develop deep insights into user behavior, feature adoption, and product engagement to guide product roadmap and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze every stage of the customer journey—from acquisition to engagement, retention, and monetization—to identify points of friction and design strategies to improve funnel performance.
  • Design and evaluate A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and support product or growth decisions. Partner with relevant teams to ensure experiments are run with scientific rigor and deliver meaningful results.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve analytics processes—enhance tools and infrastructure, make data more accessible, and streamline reporting for better efficiency and impact.
  • Drive regular business review with stakeholder, contribute to strategy planning

  • What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, Strategy, or Consulting in a data-driven environment.
  • Excellent data analysis skills (investigation, modeling, mapping & gap analysis)
  • Knowledge of Tableau/Power BI and other business intelligence and analytical tools
  • Expert in SQL (must) / Python / R / SAS
  • Able to develop, test, and deploy models on cloud / web
  • Experience in handling large datasets - Expert data modeling skills
  • Strong knowledge of fundamentals, including funnel analytics, customer segmentation, user activity modeling, churn analytics and A/B testing.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities- able to conceptualize, organize, simplify
  • Ability to own projects end-to-end: building out timelines, key milestones, provide regular updates to stakeholders and delivery against agreed upon specs
  • Ability to adapt in the dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
