At Man Matters, we’re building India’s most trusted, science-backed men’s health and wellness brand and influencer marketing is at the heart of how we grow.

We’re looking for someone who can balance strategy with execution and take ownership of outcomes. You will drive influencer led growth across categories like hair, beard, health and fitness, working on real business problems, not vanity campaigns.

What you will own

1. Build and scale the influencer engine
  • Own the end-to-end influencer strategy
  • Drive influencer-led GTMs across key products
  • Allocate and optimize budgets with clear focus on outcomes

  • 2. Drive high quality, high-volume execution
  • Run campaigns across Meta and YouTube at scale
  • Build content that is problem-first, insight-led, and conversion-focused
  • Continuously test new formats, creators, and hook

  • 3. Turn influencer into a performance channel
  • Identify patterns across creators, formats, and platforms
  • Improve performance through structured experimentation
  • Build repeatable playbooks, not one-off wins

  • 4. Build strong creator ecosystems
  • Work closely with doctors, experts, and creators
  • Build long-term partnerships with high-quality creators
  • Manage agencies and external partners effectively

  • 5. Build and lead a strong team
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketers
  • Raise the bar on quality, speed, and ownership
  • Create a culture of experimentation and accountability

  • 6. Work closely with other teams
  • Partner with Brand, Category, Performance and Ecom teams
  • Align on product priorities, launches, and platform strategy
  • Feed insights back into brand and product decisions

  • What we’re looking for
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in influencer marketing
  • Brand side experience is strongly preferred (D2C or startup is a big plus)
  • Clear track record of driving business outcomes through influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding of performance led influencer campaigns
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with structured problem solving
  • Experience managing teams and owning outcomes end-to-end
  • High ownership, strong execution, and comfort with ambiguity
