🔎 Role at a Glance

Position: Senior Consultant – OFSAA (Functional)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 7-10 years

Domain: Basel III | IFRS 9 | ECL | Regulatory Reporting

You’ll work at the intersection of Risk, Finance, Data, and Technology, helping banks and financial institutions implement and optimize OFSAA regulatory solutions.

Immediate Joiners or candidate on Notice period are preferred. Work from Office is mandatory.

💡 What You’ll Do

✔ Partner with Business & IT teams to implement, support, and enhance OFSAA

✔ Lead submission of BRDs & Design Documents across OFSAA modules

✔ Translate regulatory requirements into system logic & Build test cases

✔ Perform SIT/UAT, validate outputs, and ensure regulatory accuracy

✔ Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and sanity checks

✔ Ensure data integrity & consistency across OFSAA modules

✔ Contribute to data models, ETL processes, and reporting layers

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ 4–8 years in Risk / Finance / Regulatory Reporting teams within a Banking/ Upper Layer NBFC

✅ CA or Engineer + MBA (Finance) with strong exposure to Basel III (RWA / CRAR) or IFRS 9 / Ind AS 109 (ECL)

✅ 3–5 years of experience in OFSAA/SAS implementation or management

✅ Strong SQL and data-analysis skills

✅ Experience working with auditors & regulators (RBI exposure is a plus)

✅ Excellent communication & documentation skills

⭐ Good to Have

➕ Exposure to OFSAA LLFP & Basel Regulatory Capital modules

➕ Certifications in Oracle / PLSQL / OFSAA
