1. Overview:

Manager Modern Trade is responsible for leading houseware product -(South & East) executing sales and marketing strategies within the modern trade channel, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and convenience stores. The primary objective is to drive revenue growth, market share, and build strategic partnerships with key accounts.

2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets

  • Manage and develop relationships with key account customers

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities

  • Negotiate and establish distribution agreements with key accounts

  • Manage product launches and promotions within the modern trade channel

  • Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and supply chain management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory compliance
