About the Role:

Snapmint is looking for a Growth Manager to drive growth across key merchant partners. This role focuses on building deeper partnerships with strategic merchants and driving incremental business through the Snapmint ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own growth for strategic and top merchants on Snapmint
  • Plan and execute merchant-led campaigns, sale events, and promotions
  • Act as a growth consultant to merchants, identifying opportunities to drive incremental GMV
  • Build joint business plans with large merchants to deepen partnerships
  • Leverage the Snapmint app as a discovery and growth channel through merchandising, placements, and campaigns
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives with merchants
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and merchant success teams to launch growth initiatives

  • Required Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years in growth, marketing, partnerships, or e-commerce
  • Experience working with marketplaces, fintech, or merchant ecosystems preferred
  • Strong analytical, partnership, and campaign execution skills
