Role Summary We are looking for a strategic marketing leader who can transform brand visibility into measurable revenue growth. This role is not just about campaigns — it is about building a scalable marketing engine for a fast-growing travel brand. The ideal candidate understands the psychology of travel buyers, seasonality of destinations, and how to convert inspiration into bookings. Strategic Objectives of the Role - Build a strong national brand presence in the travel & tourism space - Drive predictable, high-quality lead generation - Improve conversion ratios through funnel optimization - Position JOY-N-CREW as a preferred international & domestic holiday specialist - Align marketing investments directly with revenue outcomes Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Revenue Alignment - Design and implement a 360° marketing roadmap (Digital + Offline) - Plan annual and quarterly campaign calendars aligned with sales targets - Own marketing budgets with strong ROI focus - Track CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion metrics Performance & Digital Marketing Leadership - Lead paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube & emerging platforms - Strengthen SEO and organic reach - Optimize landing pages and lead funnels - Implement marketing automation & CRM integration Brand Building & Positioning - Craft strong brand messaging for international and domestic travel segments - Develop campaign themes around seasonality (Europe Summer, Far East, etc.) - Oversee content, creatives, brochures, website and social presence - Manage PR, partnerships & influencer collaborations Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Product & Operations teams - Ensure campaign alignment with destination focus and inventory - Improve lead quality and customer acquisition efficiency Team & Agency Management - Lead internal marketing team - Manage external agencies and vendors - Build a performance-driven marketing culture Ideal Candidate Profile - 6–10 years of marketing experience - Minimum 3+ years in Travel & Tourism industry (Mandatory) - Proven experience in scaling lead generation in service-based industry - Strong understanding of international travel markets - Analytical mindset with strong execution capability - Leadership skills with strategic thinking What Makes This Role Exciting? - Opportunity to build a marketing function with autonomy - Direct impact on revenue and business growth - Leadership visibility with management - Growth into Head of Marketing role Interested candidates may share their profile at Subject Line: Application – Manager Marketing
