Role Overview:
As a Manager in M&A and Fund Raise, your primary responsibility will be deal origination on both sell-side and buy-side transactions. You will be involved in business development activities, including identifying and engaging with investors (both domestic and international) to showcase sell-side opportunities. Your role will also require effective client communication, from initiating dialogues to setting up meetings and understanding client operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating transaction collaterals such as business plans, pitch decks, investment memorandums, and teasers. Financial analysis, preparation of financial models, valuations, industry analysis, and competition analysis will also be key aspects of your role. Experience in engaging with Private Equity Funds, VC Funds, Family offices, and large corporate investors is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deal origination on both sell-side and buy-side transactions
- Identification and engagement with investors, showcasing sell-side opportunities
- Client communication, meeting setup, and understanding client operations
- Creation of transaction collaterals such as business plans, pitch decks, and investment memorandums
- Financial analysis, financial modeling, and valuations

Qualification Required:
- MBA (Finance), Bachelor of Business Administration, CFA, or similar postgraduate education
