You aren't just a Sales Manager ; you are a strategic partner helping Big Industry meet their production and sustainability (EPR) targets.Key Performance AreasIndustrial Matchmaking: Connect our network of authorized processors (E-waste, Metal, Battery) to large-scale industrial buyers (Foundries, Mills, OEMs).Strategic Sourcing: Work with providers to ensure material quality meets the rigorous standards of "Big Industry" (Grade purity, segregation, and volume consistency).Commodity Trading: Manage high-value contracts based on Metals Exchange's pricing. You must understand market volatility to protect Recyclaros margins.Institutional Sales: Pitch to Procurement Heads and Sustainability Officers of large enterprises to position Recyclaro as their primary "Green Raw Material" partner.Tech-Enabled Transparency: Use the Recyclaro platform to provide buyers with real-time traceability and compliance data that traditional traders cannot offer.Who We Are Looking ForThe "Networker": You already have a good network in the Metal, Battery, or Plastic processing industry.The "Scale" Mindset: 5+ years of experience.
