JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Manager Implementation to lead program execution from planning to closure. The role is responsible for translating approved project designs into on-ground action, ensuring timely delivery, quality implementation, coordination with stakeholders, and compliance with donor and organizational requirements. The Manager will work closely with field teams, partners, and internal departments to ensure programs achieve intended outcomes and impact.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end implementation of assigned programs from inception to completion
• Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and field execution strategies
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, vendors, and partners for smooth execution
• Ensure adherence to approved project scope, budget, and timelines
• Monitor field activities, track progress against targets, and address implementation gaps
• Oversee beneficiary mobilization, training, and program delivery processes
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data collection as per donor and internal requirements
• Liaise with CSR partners, government stakeholders, and local institutions as required
• Support monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment activities
• Identify risks during implementation and take timely corrective actions
• Contribute to program reviews, learning documentation, and scale-up planning

ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS

• Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Rural Management, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in field-based or CSR/program implementation roles
• Strong coordination, team management, and field monitoring skills
• Willingness to travel frequently across project locations
