Role Overview:
You will be a contributing member of the GBAM Ops Tax & Control team at Bank of America, responsible for delivering high-quality results on various mandates in partnership with teams within Operations, Technology, and Finance. Your role will involve performing tax outreach tasks, collaborating with subject matter experts for knowledge transfer, supporting ad-hoc testing and validation, creating and publishing MIS reports, identifying gaps in the business, ensuring audit readiness, designing quality audit methodology, and acting as a project coordinator for operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Tax Outreach related tasks assigned as part of BAU delivery
- Collaborate with SMEs for knowledge transfer, process documentation, and building controls
- Support ad-hoc testing and validation for system conversions
- Create and publish MIS reports to stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive changes
- Identify gaps in the business, recommend controls, and streamline processes
- Ensure audit readiness by updating SOPs and governance documents
- Design and streamline Quality Audit methodology and training processes
- Communicate upcoming technology changes/enhancements to leadership
- Act as project coordinator for OpEx initiatives and report progress regularly

Qualification Required:
- Post Graduate in finance
- Experience in US/International Tax Operations
- Knowledge of global financial markets and different financial products
- Eye for detail and adherence to policy guidelines
- Ability to understand Front-to-Back Workflow and execute tasks
- Proficiency in Excel operations
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Keen learner and initiative-taker
