Manager-Finance Operations

As a Manager at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. The Record to Report team assists clients in operational efficiency, balance sheet integrity, time to close reduction, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be utilized in posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries, preparing cash forecasting statements, supporting month-end closing, preparing reports, and assisting in audits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess complex problems for your area of responsibility
- Create solutions that require in-depth analysis and evaluation of variable factors
- Align with the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
- Interact primarily with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
- Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
- Flag risks to clients and Accenture stakeholders, proposing action plans as needed
- Have an innovative mindset to identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, decrease costs, and increase client value
- Make decisions that will have a major day-to-day impact on your area of responsibility
- Manage medium to large-sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
- Require a transformation mindset and eye for identifying automation/process improvement opportunities

Qualifications Required:
- Accounts Payable Processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to establish strong client relationships
- Commitment to quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to meet deadlines
