Responsibilities

Financial Reporting and Compliance

• Detailed review of Financial Focus & Control Areas to ensure any adverse reporting and maintaining our BU Scorecard for NIL Pendency.
• Finalized all the Check and Balances required for book closure of all the Mining Companies with respect to Monthly / Quarterly.
• Compliance of the group guidelines with respect to SOP/ DOA / IFC/ Mass Compliance/ MSME Payment Compliance/ Nil Exposure to company from GST Credit prospective / RCM Liability and Payment compliance.

Operating Budget preparation, control & Support

• Coordination and Validation Annual operating Budget input & comparing with historical cost
• Effective monitoring of budget uploaded Vs Utilized along with reason for variance by way of analysis & timely input to business.
• Release of PR/ SES with due justification.

Capex, Projects And Your Contribution

• Assist Business in De-Bottlenecking Mine/ Projects to complete the projected Capex plan both in terms of spent and capitalisation.

Support in Monthly Cash flow projection

Timely & Accurately providing input for monthly/quarterly/ 3 month rolling cash flow projections for Opex and Capex

Qualifications

Essential: CA/ MBA/ Degree in Finance

8 to 10; years of professional experience

8 to 10; years’ experience in finance and accounts in a large organization (Manufacturing or Mining Industry

8 to 10; years’ experience in a MIS and Planning and Budgeting role
