Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in preparation and finalization of financial statements under IGAAP and Ind AS. The role involves handling multiple entities, consolidation of financials, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per IGAAP and Ind AS.

  • Handling accounting and financial reporting for multiple entities within the group.

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, including schedules and supporting workings.

  • Consolidation of group financials, including elimination entries, inter-company reconciliations, and minority interest calculations.

  • Review and ensure accuracy of accounting entries, provisions, accruals, and adjustments.

  • Implementation and monitoring of accounting policies in line with Ind AS requirements.

  • Coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants during audits and assessments.

  • Preparation of audit schedules, notes to accounts, and disclosures.

  • Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, applicable accounting standards, and internal financial controls.

  • Support in financial analysis, variance analysis, and management reporting.

  • Handling inter-company transactions and ensuring timely reconciliations.

  • Assistance in process improvement, automation, and strengthening of financial controls. 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

  • 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in financial reporting and consolidation.

  • Strong hands-on experience in IGAAP and Ind AS.

  • Experience in handling multiple legal entities and group-level consolidation.

  • Sound knowledge of accounting standards, Companies Act, and audit processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership of work.

  • Ability to manage timelines and work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a group structure with multiple subsidiaries.

  • Prior exposure to ERP systems and financial automation projects.

  • Experience in audit firms or corporate finance departments handling complex financial structures.
