Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Manager Contracting – Southeast Asia Market. The Manager will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with vendors and service providers across the Southeast Asia region. Responsibilities also include market research, supplier evaluation, building strong supplier relationships, analyzing costs and market conditions, and ensuring contract compliance. The role involves frequent coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet business objectives and deliver superior travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of the Southeast Asia travel and tourism market.
• Negotiate competitive rates and contracts with Hotels & DMCs across SEA (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc.).
• Develop market-leading B2B travel products and group packages.
• Manage and grow relationships with key Indian B2B travel partners.
• Monitor regional trends to ensure pricing and service excellence.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10 years specifically in the SEA market.
• Network: Strong existing ties with overseas DMCs and the Indian travel trade.
• Skills: Expert negotiation and professional communication skills.
