Buying & Seasonal Range StrategyDevelop seasonal merchandise range plans aligned to brand positioning and revenue targetsFinalize buy quantities, depth, breadth, and pricing (MRP alignment)Conduct trend and competitive analysis for informed buying decisionsAlign range architecture across couture, ready-to-wear, and core linesEnsure exhibitions and international events are supported with commercially viable assortmentsB. Merchandise Planning & Inventory ManagementCreate annual and seasonal OTB (Open to Buy) plansMonitor sell-through weekly and monthly to optimize buying decisionsReduce deadstock and manage markdown strategy scientificallyEnsure ideal stock turn ratiosMaintain optimal inventory levels across 4 retail stores and onlineExecute store-wise product allocation and replenishment strategyBuild structured liquidation plans for slow-moving inventoryMonitor warehouse flow and stock accuracyC. Sales & Performance AnalyticsTrack category-level profitability, margins, and stock turnAnalyze weekly performance reports to identify fast/slow-moving SKUsIdentify gaps in assortment and recommend corrective actionBuild performance dashboards aligned to business targetsForecast revenue based on seasonal sell-through trendsD.
