Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the India Delivery Center, including delivery coordination, logistics, facilities oversight, vendor management, and operational continuity. The role ensures smooth center operations, cost discipline, and structured execution aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery center operations, including utilization monitoring, deployment coordination, and escalation management.
• Manage logistics and facilities operations (workspace readiness, access control, security, utilities, leadership/client visits).
• Coordinate vendor management and ensure SLA adherence across facilities and infrastructure services.
• Monitor center-level operating expenses and maintain budget discipline.
• Ensure operational governance, incident tracking, and business continuity readiness.
• Provide structured reporting and performance visibility to Leadership
Skills Required

• 8-12 years of experience in IT services operations or delivery center management
• Experience managing facilities, logistics, and vendor operations
• Strong coordination and escalation management skills
• Understanding of billable workforce environment
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder operational environments
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in operations, project management, or process improvement preferred.
