1. Payment Collection and Customer Coordination: Collect payments from customers, coordinate with customers and resolve any problems that may arise.

2. Account Management: Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies. Balance tally with customer, also responsible for handling petty cash and detail accounts locking and opening.

3. Staff Management and Office Administration: Supervise office staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and provide training to new employees.

4. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, reorder supplies as needed, and ensure accurate inventory records. As per system set and SOP.

5. Bullion Stock Handling: Manage bullion stock, including storage, security, and inventory management.

6. Hallmarking and Quality Control: Coordinate the hallmarking process for products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

7. Factory Coordination: coordinate with production planning manager to ensure timely production, resolve issues, and provide updates on orders.

8. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

9. Responsible for making various sales reports and analysis as per set SOP and systems. And providing insights for improving sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
