Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Manager (ODC, Project & Breakbulk Sales). The role involves developing business opportunities in the ODC, project, and breakbulk logistics sector, managing client relationships, and creating tailored shipping solutions. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective supply chain execution, negotiate contracts, and respond to client inquiries. Additionally, the role requires market analysis to identify trends, building partnerships, and achieving revenue-driven targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales and business development specific to ODC, project cargo, and breakbulk logistics
• Strong skills in contract negotiation, client relationship management, and strategic planning
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain operations and documentation processes in the shipping and logistics industry
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and design innovative solutions
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is desirable
• Prior experience in the shipping or logistics industry is preferred
• Proficiency in using sales management tools or CRM software is an advantage
