About this Position This two-year opportunity offers an exciting mix of strategic projects across different functions in marketing and strategy, access to leadership mentoring, and personal/professional development. Work in a global set-up, driving initiatives across the IMEA region.

What You´ll Do
  • Support strategic projects through advanced data analysis, including market opportunity assessments, portfolio reviews, pricing strategy evaluations, and P&L modeling.
  • Evaluate product/customer portfolios within an industrial context to identify growth opportunities and optimise pricing strategies.
  • Contribute to sales enablement, ecommerce, and customer experience initiatives in B2B environments, supporting ecommerce penetration and development of actionable insights.
  • Act as a sustainability champion for the region, managing event planning and leading internal communication platforms, fostering collaboration.

  • What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Strategic Management, Economics
  • MBA candidates (preferred), particularly those specializing in Strategy, Business Development or Marketing in an industrial context.
  • Solution oriented problem solver and adapt at methodologies such as design thinking and first principle thinking, enabling forward thinking business ideas.
  • Project management skills with cross-functional and cross-country stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to coordinate, communicate, and drive results.
  • Intermediate analytical capabilities and familiarity with data analysis platforms (e.g., Power BI, Excel or Google Analytics), to process complex data sets and drawing meaningful insights for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement and presenting findings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
  • Team player, comfortable collaborating across functions and regions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
