Role: Campus Culture Ambassador (Intern)

We are looking for energetic, smart, and proactive young professionals to join us as Culture Pillars- interns who will actively contribute to building and strengthening our workplace culture.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, driving engagement, and taking ownership of initiatives that make the workplace more collaborative, inclusive, and enjoyable.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with different departments to drive culture and engagement initiatives
- Act as a culture ambassador across teams and help strengthen employee experience
- Plan and execute events, activities, and internal engagement programs
- Gather employee feedback and help improve workplace initiatives
- Support HR and leadership in driving organizational culture projects
- Coordinate with teams to ensure high participation and energy in internal programs
