Are you someone who enjoys building efficient data systems and automating workflows in Excel?

Manbhadra Fincorp is looking for a Excel Automation & MIS Specialist who can design automated reporting systems, streamline data processes, and turn business data into structured insights for better decision-making..

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Knows important Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, INDEX-MATCH)
• Knows Pivot Tables
• Has basic knowledge of Macros/VBA (preferred)
• Is comfortable working on Google Sheets
• Has good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Has strong attention to detail
• Mathematics or Commerce background (preferred)
• Graduate in any stream (mandatory)

Freshers with strong Excel knowledge can also apply.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare data reports using advanced Excel formulas.
• Create Pivot Tables and dashboards for analysis.
• Manage and organize large data sets.
• Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.
• Automate reports using Macros (if applicable).
• Coordinate with internal teams for data requirements.
• Support management with timely reports and insights.

Work Details:

• Location: Indore (Work From Office)
• Working Days: As per company policy
• Salary: Fixed (Discussed during interview)
