We are Hiring for Machine Manufacturing Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Initiating calls to potential or existing customers to sell products/services, promote offers, or generate leads.
• Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.
• Lead Generation/Sales: Persuading customers to purchase, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads to close sales.
• Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, conversations, and details in the CRM system.
• Relationship Building: Building rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and enhance customer experience.
• Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and sales targets. Indeed +7

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in English and local languages, with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Persuasion: Ability to handle rejection, overcome objections, and persuade customers.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge
• Education/Experience: Usually a minimum of 12th pass or graduation; 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service is typically preferred.
• Attributes: High energy, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
