Ray Colors is looking for motivated individuals to join our Maintenance Department. Whether you are a seasoned professional looking to lead technical projects or a fresh graduate eager to start your career in the plastics industry, we have a place for you.

We operate on a mentorship model: our Seniors lead the complex troubleshooting, while our Trainees support the workflow and learn the trade from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities

Your specific scope of work will be tailored to your experience level:

For Experienced Professionals (2–5 Years):

• Lead Troubleshooting: Independently diagnose and repair twin-screw extruders, high-speed mixers, and pelletizers.
• Electrical Mastery: Diagnose VFD faults, PLC inputs, and heater control circuits.
• Optimization: Implement process improvements to reduce energy consumption and color changeover downtime.
• Mentorship: Supervise and train Trainees/Junior Technicians on daily preventive maintenance.

For Freshers / Trainee Technicians:

• Hands-on Assistance: Assist Seniors in stripping, cleaning, and reassembling extruder screws and dies.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform daily lubrication, filter cleaning, and basic machine inspections.
• Inventory Control: Maintain the spare parts store (heaters, bearings, belts, etc.).
• Safety First: Master and follow factory safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Requirements & Skills

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plastic Technology.
• Experience: 0 to 5 years (We are hiring for multiple levels).
• Technical Knowledge: * Seniors: Deep knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Masterbatch/Compounding machinery.
• Freshers: Basic understanding of hand/power tools and a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Soft Skills: Punctuality, a "safety-first" mindset, and a desire to grow within the company.
