?️ Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, ensuring safety compliance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and service contracts.
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, statutory regulations, and environmental norms.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high reliability and safety standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance plant efficiency and energy savings.

  • ? Skills Required
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems (HVAC, compressors, transformers, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Ability to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Leadership and team management skills with hands-on problem-solving ability.
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills for service contracts and spare parts procurement.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance related to plant maintenance and safety.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced manufacturing environments and renewable energy sector practices.

  • Requirements

    ? Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in plant/facility maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or renewable energy.
