Job Description:

Manage and support macOS devices using Intune (MEM) during the contract period.

· Configure and maintain Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Shell Scripts, and Custom Attributes.

· Support Automated Device Enrolment via Apple Business Manager (ABM/DEP).

· Provide advanced troubleshooting for Intune/macOS issues, including MDM profile errors, script failures, and deployment issues.

· Collaborate with Microsoft Support for escalations (including Sev‑1 cases).

· Create and maintain documentation for policies, enrolment guides, and troubleshooting steps.

· Ensure macOS management practices follow organizational and compliance as per CIS standards.

Skills required:

· 10+ years of hands‑on experience managing macOS devices in enterprise settings.

· Strong expertise with Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager for macOS.

· Deep knowledge of Apple MDM frameworks, ABM, APNs, system extensions.
