Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Fashion Boutique Partnerships & Buying Specialist based in Okhla Phase 2, Delhi, India. The role involves activating new partnerships & managing partnerships with international luxury fashion boutiques, sourcing curated product selections, and ensuring seamless coordination with suppliers and retailers. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, overseeing the buying strategy, and ensuring product assortments align with brand standards. The role also requires cultivating strong relationships with partners while working closely with the internal team to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and a strong ability to build and maintain partnerships
• Experience or expertise in Fashion Buying
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Experience in luxury retail or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Italian and English is highly beneficial
