Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager specializing in the travel industry, with a focus on FITs (Fully Independent Travelers) and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). The role is based in West Delhi. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring corporate clients, managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored travel solutions. The Corporate Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Corporate Sales and Sales processes
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service capabilities
  • Experience in Account Management, building relationships, and handling client needs
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with the travel industry, particularly MICE and FITs, is a strong advantage
