Rinwera Designs is looking for a Logistics & Dispatch Executive to manage outbound logistics, documentation, and coordination with transport partners. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Excel functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, and capable of ensuring smooth and timely delivery of finished garments.

Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Experience Required: 2+ years in logistics and dispatch (apparel or manufacturing preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage dispatch documentation (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Coordinate with transporters for timely pickups and deliveries
• Track shipments and ensure proof of delivery is received
• Maintain dispatch records and daily tracking logs
• Follow up with buyers and logistics partners regarding delivery timelines
• Use Excel to manage data with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics/dispatch, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (especially Pivot, VLOOKUP)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Understanding of transport operations and documentation procedures
