Location: Pune/ Chennai

We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Developer to design, develop, customize, and support FIS Loan IQ solutions for corporate and syndicated lending. The role involves hands-on development, system integration, performance tuning, and close collaboration with business and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Loan IQ customizations using Open Architecture ( Java, SDK).
• Must have solid knowledge on defining and customizing API , create SDK changes, good SQL and database knowledge.
• Develop and enhance interfaces, APIs, and batch jobs for Loan IQ integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
• Work on Loan IQ events, workflows, notices, accounting rules, and reports .
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions .
• Support data migration, conversion, and reconciliation activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis , and implement fixes.
• Optimize system performance and ensure high availability and scalability .
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with FIS Loan IQ development .
• Expertise in Loan IQ Open Architecture (C++), SDK, and APIs .
• Solid understanding of Loan IQ data model, tables, events, and accounting entries .
• Experience with system integrations (GL, payment systems, SWIFT, data warehouses).
• Proficient in SQL / PL-SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of loan lifecycle – syndication, servicing, interest, fees, payments.
• Experience working in Agile / SDLC environments .
