Role Overview:
You will be responsible for assisting US customers via live chats, handling multiple live chats simultaneously, and working in rotational night shifts. Your role will require excellent communication skills and basic technical knowledge on topics such as routers, modems, IP addresses, and troubleshooting steps.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical live chat support
- Any bachelors degree
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written communication
