Role Overview

The Linnworks Catalogue Administrator is responsible for the accurate creation, maintenance, and optimisation of product data within Linnworks, as well as supporting the creation of product listings that are published from Linnworks to multiple sales platforms. The role ensures that all product listings, inventory records, pricing, and channel mappings are accurate, consistent, and up to date across all channels.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at a key stage of growth, playing a central role in building, structuring, and scaling a multi-channel product catalogue. The successful candidate will help shape how products are created, managed, and distributed across platforms, contributing directly to operational efficiency and commercial performance.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and experienced with Linnworks and multi-channel e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Catalogue & Product Management
  • Create, maintain, and optimise product listings within Linnworks
  • Assist in creating product listings in Linnworks that are pushed to external sales platforms
  • Manage SKUs, barcodes, titles, descriptions, images, variations, and attributes
  • Ensure accurate product mapping across all sales channels (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce)
  • Maintain structured parent/child and variation relationships

  • Inventory & Stock Control
  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all channels
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
  • Support stock audits and reconciliation processes

  • Pricing & Channel Configuration
  • Manage pricing updates, promotions, and channel-specific pricing rules
  • Ensure correct tax, shipping, and listing settings are applied per channel
  • Support product launches and range expansions

  • Data Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure all product data meets internal quality standards and channel requirements
  • Maintain consistent naming conventions and data structures
  • Identify and correct data errors, duplication, or inconsistencies

  • Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Produce catalogue, stock, and performance reports from Linnworks
  • Support continuous improvement of catalogue workflows and documentation
  • Assist with Linnworks configuration changes and system upgrades

  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with Operations, Buying, Marketing, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams
  • Support onboarding of new products
  • Provide catalogue-related support and training to internal users

  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience using Linnworks (essential)
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce catalogue and inventory management.
  • Experience managing multi-channel product listings
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or other marketplaces
  • Knowledge of product data feeds and integrations
  • Understanding of SKU creation and stock control best practices
  • Experience in retail, wholesale, or fulfilment environments
