Role Description

The Line Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items as per established guidelines, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Other responsibilities include maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, managing supplies and inventory, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, within a professional and kitchen environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking methods.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, including proper storage and cleanliness.
  • Ability to efficiently manage kitchen supplies, handle inventory, and minimize food waste.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills for collaboration with culinary staff.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
  • Previous experience as a Line Chef or in a related culinary role is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Certification in culinary arts or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
