Required Expertise: LRTM / Injection / Infusion Process

Location Manor

Experience: 5-7 years

Salary: 30000 – 40000

Rotational / Fixed (as per weekly schedule)

Job Profile:

Operating LRTM Machine efficiently

Repair & maintenance of LRTM machine and vacuum panel

Injection as per daily production plan

Strict adherence to Injection SOP

Maintaining daily production records

Day-to-day troubleshooting of LRTM machine

Achieving daily production targets as per planning

Ensuring availability of spares for repairs

Ensuring zero rejection due to machine/process issues

Ensuring molds are 100% leak-free

100% adherence to PAR & mold qualification as required

Maintaining daily VB boards (Infusion Department)

Following safety norms and ensuring team compliance with safety gear

Maintaining hygiene & cleanliness on shop floor

Proper tracking of RM/Consumables used in Infusion

Adherence to QMS activities and proper documentation
