Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Content & CRM Associate who can craft high-performing short-form messaging across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS while owning lifecycle campaigns end-to-end.

This role combines content, experimentation, and performance marketing. You'll write high-conversion copy, build lifecycle journeys, test messaging variations, and analyze campaign performance to drive repeat purchases and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write high-conversion short-form copy for Push, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns
  • Create multiple hook, CTA, and personalization variations for A/B testing
  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns (Push, WhatsApp, SMS)
  • Build and optimize lifecycle journeys (welcome, abandoned cart, reactivation, repeat purchase)
  • Monitor CTR, repeat rate, LTV, and revenue contribution
  • Segment users based on behavior, cohorts, and engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance and propose improvements
  • Coordinate with product, design, and performance teams for campaign alignment

  • Key Skills & Requirements
  • Strong ability to write concise, high-conversion messaging
  • 1–3 years of experience in short-form content, copywriting, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing
  • Experience working with CRM or lifecycle marketing tools (MoEngage, CleverTap, Braze, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and user behavior
  • Comfortable working with dashboards and performance metrics
  • Experience in D2C / skincare / beauty / consumer brands preferred
