Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-centric Spanish Chat Support Specialist to provide excellent chat-based support to our US-based customers. This is a remote contractor role requiring robust communication skills in Spanish (B2/C1 level and above), along with a reliable laptop and broadband connection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide real-time chat support to Spanish-speaking customers in the US.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and troubleshoot issues as required.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Spanish (B2/C1 level or higher) and good English communication skills.
- Own laptop with updated OS and antivirus protection.
- Stable broadband connection with adequate speed for seamless chat operations.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support US & UK time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset.
