Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, India, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. As the Sales and Growth Marketing Specialist at Lekhak.app, you will play a vital role in scaling our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, delivering product demonstrations, managing customer relationships, and crafting strategies to optimize sales and user growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business goals while contributing to our mission of bridging linguistic gaps.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address inquiries.
• Solid Sales and Sales Management expertise, including lead generation, negotiation, and managing client accounts.
• Experience in Training and explaining solutions to clients, ensuring they understand and can maximize the platform's benefits.
• Proficiency in handling multifaceted tasks and working collaboratively as part of a hybrid team.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Experience with AI platforms, SaaS products, or technology-driven solutions is a plus.
• Proficiency in one or more Indian languages alongside English is highly advantageous.
