About the Role: Manager- Legal

Essential Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities): The desired candidate should have 5-10 years of experience and have the following skill sets:

# Experience of working in digital media and fintech industry and sound understanding of applicable regulatory framework.

# Demonstrated experience in advising on complex business transactions and fintech-related issues, including but not limited to credit card systems, digital payments, and related financial technologies.

# Proficient in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing proposals, content licensing agreement, MSAs, service agreements, telemarketing/telco agreements, ad sale agreements, NDAs, LOIs, business agreements with various vendors and service providers, strategic partnerships with global players, app integration agreements, consulting agreements, marketing/sales agreements - domestic and global, website terms and conditions.
