🚨 We Are Hiring | Legal Entity Control – Associate (Financial controller)

📍 Location: Mumbai

⏰ Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

📝 Experience: 3–5 Years

📅 Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred

We are looking for a Financial Controller – Associate to join a dynamic finance team supporting legal entity financial management and reporting. This role involves working closely with global stakeholders and ensuring accurate financial records and reporting for multiple legal entities.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting commitments for assigned legal entities


• Maintain accurate books and records and ensure proper ledger maintenance


• Prepare and post journals and adjustments in financial reporting systems


• Support legal entity closure processes and track progress across jurisdictions


• Collaborate with stakeholders including Product Control, Treasury, Business Units, Tax and auditors


• Monitor reporting obligations and ensure compliance with internal controls


• Analyse issues, identify root causes and provide solutions

🎯 Required Skills

✔ Strong experience in Financial Reporting, Accounting, Journals & Book Maintenance

✔ Solid understanding of legal entity accounting and financial records

✔ Excellent analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills

✔ Strong Microsoft Excel skills

🎓 Preferred Qualifications


• CA / CFA / CPA / ACCA qualified or equivalent


• Candidates with other degrees but minimum 3+ years of relevant accounting/reporting experience can also be considered

💼 Experience in the Financial Services industry will be an added advantage.
