Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and structure knowledge

- Script, record, and edit training videos (camera-based and screen-based)

- Maintain and improve a consistent visual and educational style
- Continuously improve training content based on learner feedback
- Manage the end-to-end training video production process

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Education, Media, Multimedia, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Strong teaching, explanation, and communication skills
- Experience creating corporate or technical training content
- Hands-on experience with video recording and editing tools
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
