Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer

Role Summary

We are seeking an L&D Manager to design, implement, and drive learning strategies that enhance employee skills, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute learning & development strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Identify skill gaps and create learning roadmaps for employees and leaders.
• Partner with business leaders to support talent management and succession planning.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of L&D experience with exposure to leadership development.
• Strong knowledge of learning frameworks, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
