We are seeking a Product Manager with strong Life Sciences domain expertise to contribute to the development of an enterprise-grade Gen AI Platform built specifically for this domain.
You will lead the "0-to-1" development of the AI-native platform that automates high-stakes documentation workflows (regulatory compliance & quality) for global markets. You’ll be replacing legacy manual workflows with precision-engineered LLM agents, ensuring compliance at the speed of AI.

Bridge the Domain Gap: Translate intricate global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA) into product requirements for our engineering team led by the CTO.
Data Integrity & Security: Oversee the procurement and handling of sensitive client data, ensuring SOC-2, GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance is baked into the product core.

Significant experience in the Life Sciences domain, working on GenAI/NLP projects
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems (data lakes, cloud platforms, LIMS, CTMS, ERP, CRM, RIMS).
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale platforms used by large global organizations .
Significant exposure in the US or European tech hubs is a bonus

Education & Experience

• Bachelors’/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Pharma/Biotech from a top-tier university
• 6-10 years of relevant experience

Their primary business offering is a state-of-the-art agentic platform called Replicant AI , which consists of a suite of AI tools that streamline manual and time-intensive workflows in the life sciences domain.

~ Using domain-trained AI agents, the platform ingests data sets from source systems and enables automated document drafting, querying internal knowledge repositories and building custom workflows. Target clientele includes global enterprise and mid-size life sciences organizations in the fields of Pharma, Biotech, CROs, CDMOs and medical devices .
