We are looking for a highly creative Lead Video Editor to oversee and execute high-quality video and motion graphics content for our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will not only edit and produce engaging videos but also guide the creative direction of video projects while managing multiple client deliverables within strict timelines.

This role requires strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage modern tools, including AI-powered editing solutions, to enhance production quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in professional video editing and motion graphics design.

Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

Solid understanding of video marketing, digital storytelling, and content optimization for digital platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Experience with camera handling, lighting, and audio production for studio and on-location shoots (preferred).

Understanding of video performance metrics, trends, and digital marketing strategies.

A creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling, motion design, and brand aesthetics.

Responsibilities
