Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven Lead Generator & Sales Representative to work on an Australian digital advertising process. The candidate will be responsible for independently generating leads, reaching out to business owners or decision-makers, and selling digital advertising space.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling, speaking with gatekeepers, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads independently through online research, directories, LinkedIn, and other sources.
  • Conduct outbound calls to Australian businesses.
  • Speak with gatekeepers and decision-makers to present digital advertising solutions.
  • Pitch and sell digital advertising space to potential clients.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly.
  • Meet daily and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Update lead and sales activities in CRM or tracking systems.

  • Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or international sales.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience in cold calling and B2B sales preferred.
  • Ability to generate leads independently.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Comfortable working in Australian shift.

  • Experience selling digital marketing or advertising services.
  • Prior experience in Australian or international processes.

    Competitive salary + attractive uncapped incentives based on performance.

    Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
