Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Lead Generation Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating new business leads, conducting research to understand market trends, and nurturing potential client relationships. The specialist will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, qualify leads, and ensure the achievement of lead generation goals. Engaging in effective communication will be key to building and maintaining relationships with prospects while contributing to overall sales success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new leads.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with potential clients.
• Proven ability in Sales and converting leads into opportunities.
• Research skills to analyze and identify target markets and opportunities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and technology platforms is a plus.
• Prior experience in IT or technology-related industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
