Key Responsibilities

- LinkedIn Mastery & Outreach: Dedicate your core time to LinkedIn, sending personalized connection requests, messages, and InMails to targeted prospects. Craft custom notes that spark interest and encourage real conversations.
- Relationship Building: Engage in meaningful chats to gather contact details (mobile numbers and emails), follow up via email and phone calls, and eloquently explain our Offensive and Defensive Cyber Security services.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Schedule meetings, block calendars, and coordinate with our tech team for compelling product demos that convert leads into clients.
- Research & Opportunity Hunting: Proactively research potential target companies, analyze market trends, and uncover new business opportunities to expand our reach.
- Tracking & Optimization: Maintain detailed records of lead interactions in our CRM or internal tracking system, ensuring seamless follow-ups and data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

- Experience: 1-2 years in B2B lead generation, client outreach, or business communication – ideally in tech, services, or sales-driven environments.
- Communication Prowess: Exceptional command of English, with flawless spoken skills to confidently pitch, negotiate, and build rapport over calls and chats.
- Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable navigating LinkedIn extensively, with strong organizational skills for tracking leads and multitasking across emails, calls, and CRM updates.
- Mindset: A self-starter who values human-to-human connections, with a genuine enthusiasm for cyber security and ethical sales practices. You're resilient, proactive, and excited about turning "cold" prospects into warm partnerships.
