B2B Lead Generation Intern (Manufacturing | Construction | Real Estate)

Are you skilled at online research and finding the right decision-makers?
We are looking for interns who can generate high-quality B2B leads across India in sectors like manufacturing, construction, and real estate.

Role Overview

• Research and identify companies across Pan India
• Generate verified leads of decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, Directors, Owners)
• Focus on organic lead generation methods (no paid databases)

Daily Expectations

• Share 30-40 qualified leads per day
• Each lead must include:
• Company Name
• Contact Person (Founder/CEO/Director/Owner)
• Mobile Number (mandatory)
• Location
• Industry category

Key Responsibilities

• Identify companies from manufacturing, construction, and real estate sectors
• Include startups and growing businesses
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and directories
• Ensure leads are accurate, relevant, and non-duplicate
• Maintain and update data in a structured format (Excel/Google Sheets)

Requirements

• Strong research and data mining skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google search, and online directories
• Ability to find decision-maker contacts
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Target-oriented and consistent performer
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Not suitable for absolute beginners

Stipend

• ₹5,000 per month

Work Details

• Work From Home
• Duration: 1–3 months (extendable)
• Opportunity to move into a business development / sales role based on performance
