Role: Lead Generation Expert – IT Services

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B leads for software development services

Research companies that may require web applications, SaaS platforms, AI solutions, or mobile apps

Identify decision makers such as Founders, CTOs, Product Managers, and Business Owners

Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and online research

Initiate conversations and schedule meetings with potential clients

Maintain and manage the lead pipeline and outreach database

Requirements

1–4 years experience in lead generation or business development for IT services

Understanding of B2B outreach and client research

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, email outreach tools, or CRM systems

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Based on qualified leads and project conversions

Opportunity to grow into Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
