Your Responsibilities

As a Lead Generation Executive (B2B), you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting up business opportunities across consulting,partnerships, and export business initiatives.

You will:

Identify and generate high-quality B2B leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Email, Cold Calling, Databases, Web Research, etc.)

Perform market research to identify relevant industries, companies, and decision-makers

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads including CXOs, HR Heads, Founders, Procurement, Sales Heads, etc.

Execute cold outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn + calls) to book meetings/demos

Coordinate with internal teams for proposal discussions and requirement understanding

Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, need, decision-making authority, timeline)

Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel

Prepare daily/weekly reports on:

leads generated

response rate

meetings scheduled

pipeline status

Work on improving messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy through continuous testing

Tools You’ll Use

LinkedIn Sales Navigator / LinkedIn Outreach

Apollo / ZoomInfo / Lusha / Hunter / Snov.io (or similar tools)

Google Sheets / Excel

CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or internal CRM)

AI tools like ChatGPT / Gemini / Grammarly to enhance outreach messaging and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1–3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation / Inside Sales / Business Development Support

✅ Proven experience in generating leads for clients (B2B services/solutions)

✅ Strong knowledge of lead sourcing strategies and outreach methods

✅ Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with senior decision makers

✅ Experience with cold emailing and appointment setting

✅ Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle rejection positively

✅ Target-driven mindset with consistent performance execution

Desired Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification

Excellent research skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage high volume outreach

Basic understanding of B2B services, consulting, or tech ecosystem
